L.A Chef Accused Of Cooking His Wife

                 

David Viens, the chef who told authorities he accidentally killed his wife and then cooked her body to dispose of it, said  he will not testify in his defense.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Rand S. Rubin reminded Viens, 49, that it was ultimately his decision -– not his attorney’s -– whether to take the stand.

“I understand that,” Viens said softly, outside the presence of jurors. Viens is accused of murdering his wife, Dawn, who was 39 when she disappeared in October 2009.

Kanye West's Sex Tape Was Stolen From His Laptop - Kanye West's Lawyer

Fans and rumor mills alike have been abuzz with the recent news that a sex tape involving Kanye West was being shopped to a number of media outlets.

A lawyer for the Chicago emcee has released a statement to AllHipHop.com regarding the matter, stating that the tape was stolen.

"Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer," wrote Kanye's lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman.

"Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity," added the notice.

"We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West," demands the notice.

Another Female undergraduate stripped naked for stealing BlackBerry in night club

A female undergraduate, simply identified as Chisom from one of the tertiary institutions in Imo State was last weekend stripped naked for stealing a Blackberry phone in a very popular night

club located in the city of Owerri.

According to an eye witness account, Chisom had removed the phone from the bag of another fun seeker in the club, but luck ran out of her as she made frantic effort to switch it off.

It was gathered that the owner of the phone put a call through her line using the phone of another friend after searching for hers, and heard it ringing inside Chisom's bag.

The people in the club wasted no time to descend on the suspect , beating her black and blue before stripping her skimpy clothe off her.

According to our source, It took the efforts of the guard at the night club to save Chisom from being lynched to death, as she was taken into one of the rooms in the club to change her clothes.

Although it could not be ascertained as the time of this report if she was handed over to the police for further investigation as all efforts to reach the divisional police officer in that area proved abortive.

23 year old Man caught sleeping with teen in courthouse toilet

Roderick Clanton, 23, was arrested last week after he was caught having sex with a 15-year-old girl in a New Orleans

courthouse toilet, reports WWLTV.com.

The pair were caught in the act by a court employee who walked into the men's toilet and saw two pairs of legs

protruding from the bathroom stall. He immediately called security and sheriff's deputies rushed to the scene, according to WWLTV.

Community activist Walter Umrani said he was stunned, but that the incident represented larger problems in the

city. "The event that happened in the restroom here is unspeakable," said Umrani. "Right in the seat of power

(and) justice in the criminal justice system. It just speaks to the lack of respect and the morale decline in our city."

The juvenile girl was taken into custody and released to her family. Clanton, who was wanted on several outstanding warrants, is being held on a $10,000 bond.
